MAKE A U.F.O.
Equipment: for each Joey/Beaver Scout you will need 2 paper plates a smallyoghurt container or polystyrene tub, stapler and items for decoration
Cut a hole through one of the paper plates and push smaller ontainer up through .


Place 2nd paper plate underneath and staple the 2 plates together. Decorate

COMET
Equipment: wooden or plastic clothes peg, string, crepe paper streamers
Tie length of string around top of peg, attach long streamers. Swirl around hear for both visual and sound effect.

Equipment ideas: cardboard tube, card feet and hands, paper to cover tube, light card for face, googly eyes, pipe cleaner, bendy straw

Use what ever design you like, the more bizarre your alien the better !

Alternatives: Cardboard arms, button eyes, pipe cleaner arms add extra eyes, more arms, 2 heads, make tall aliens , box aliens. Try felt, pom poms, foil scraps, seed pods what ever you can lay your hands on will be great.
