Joeys form 2 teams , squat down side by side in 2 lines facing each other , with a gap between the lines which is wide enough to run down . It then has to run stooped over through this gap and tag one of the squatters , who also has to run stooped over down the gap and back to their place before being tagged by IT . If tagged , the 2 players join hands and repeat until everyone is in the chain

Reverse Hide and Seek

If 'x' number of stones are collected in one hat , the owner of the hat must run forward scoop up their hat and run to tag a predetermined base , all other Joeys try to catch them before they tag the base .

Bounding Boomers

Equipment ......... sticks

Lay out sticks like the rungs on a ladder , they do not need to be spaced evenly . Have all your Joey Scouts line up with a space of a few metres between the beginning of the line and the first stick . Taking it in turns (one Joey can start as the previous Joey is near the finish) each Scout needs to bound between the sticks without touching them , as the last Joey Bounds through , take one stick and reposition it so the gaps are now a different width . Only one Joey from each team may run at any given time and may only take one object , this can be taken from the middle or from the base of another team .

Joey scouts need to be observant of each other team and determine where they take the item from depending how close another team is to completing the gathering of their set of objects .

Quarters

Joey Scouts in teams , one member nominated as collector the others search for objects .
