Cup of tea
card
Make a traditional shaped card and attach a line drawing picture of a teacup to the front , only applying glue around the edges of the base and sides to leave the top of the tea cup free from the card , this will allow you to insert a teabag into the cup for Mum to enjoy when she has a break .
If you are
feeling clever , design your cards in the shape of a tea cup or tea
pot still leaving a slot to insert the teabag.
Joey Scouts decorate their teacup cards with colours and a special
drawing of "mum and me" on the inside cover .
To add a special thought to the card , you can use the following
verse or have a brainstorming session with your Mob to come up with a
unique Mother's day message.
